Okay, you found us. Poking around this website will hopefully give you a feel for the kind of Christian community we are. Of course, there’s no substitute for actually coming to one of our activities. We’ll say up front that if you’re looking for a suburban megachurch with an endless number of programs, well, keep that Google search going. But if you’re looking for a congregation where it’s possible to know everyone and that also has a surprising variety of quality learning and ministry opportunities for people of all ages, you’ll likely be intrigued with what you find here.
We call ourselves “A Community of Healing and Hope.” Life is pretty challenging for most people. A lot of us carry scars and maybe some open wounds from our past. These can make us question our own value and worth, as well as wonder if there is a God who really cares. Bellevue Reformed Church is a place where you can take your time to ask and explore your questions, as well as visit groups and activities where there are people like yourself who hope there is more to life, and many who’ve discovered that there is. WHAT WE’RE TALKING ABOUT: Our focus during Sunday worship these days has been on what Jesus called “the kingdom of God.” It was his favorite subject. It’s a great place to live, work, play and learn. The kingdom of God is a future reality that we can begin to enter now — a place of flourishing and community, of healing and redemption. It’s a great place to raise a family, and a place to find a family if you’re alone. We hope you’ll join us as we continue our exploration.
